  • I found a bug, what now?

    Just drop us a line and we’ll get it sorted out ASAP. We use our applications as well, so bugs will get fixed quickly.

  • I’d like to see a new feature in one of your apps. Any chance of getting this?

    As you can see from the version numbers on all of our applications, we don’t simply release version 1.0 and then move on. We maintain and upgrade all of our applications regularly, so you can be sure that a purchase from us is very likely to include new content in the future as well. If you let us know what you’d like included, chances are great that it will be in the next version.

  • This app seems a bit expensive, what gives?

    One of our primary aims when releasing an application is to ensure that it is the best it can be. Of course, there are always going to be things we haven’t thought of, so we take user feedback very seriously. All of our applications are actively maintained, and charging a slightly higher price than our competitors allows us to keep adding new features. Rest assured, when you buy from us you’re not buying a single application, you’re buying a whole package of current and future features.

  • Do you do any other iOS development?

    From time to time we do complete work for private clients. If you are interested in having something developed by us, we’d love to hear from you.

  • I want to get started in iPhone Development but I’m not quite sure where to start. Do you have any advice?

    Read Beginning iPhone Development by Dave Mark and Jeff LaMarche. It’s hands down the best way to kick-start your development on the iPhone platform.

  • I’d like to see one of your apps on the iPad, will this happen?

    Like most of you, we’re very excited by the new platform. It’s going to be great, and you can bet we’ll be releasing some new (and upgrading some old) apps on the iPad. If you have a particular one in mind that you think would be well suited, please let us know.
